1. Acceptance

By using namikids.app and the Nami Kids services you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Service Description

Nami Kids is an educational parental control app for children aged 6 to 12, currently in development. The website namikids.app is an informational landing page where you can join the waitlist to be notified at launch.

3. Waitlist

By providing your email address you join the Nami Kids waitlist. You will only receive communications about the app launch and important updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to team@namikids.app.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on namikids.app (text, images, logos, graphics) is owned by Nami Group S.r.l. or its respective rights holders. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Information on the website is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the absence of errors or service interruptions and are not liable for damages arising from the use of the website.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Milan, Italy have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
