2. What Data We Collect

Through the waitlist sign-up forms on namikids.app we collect only your email address, provided voluntarily.

No other personal data is collected via the sign-up forms. Joining the waitlist is optional and does not affect your access to the website or its content.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

You give consent when you enter your email and submit the sign-up form. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see section 7).

4. How We Collect and Process Data

Data is collected through the sign-up forms on namikids.app via a secure HTTPS connection. It is then transmitted to a subscriber management system and stored solely for the purposes stated above.

5. Who Receives Your Data

Data collected through the website forms is shared only with:

• Google LLC — acting as data processor, via Google Apps Script and Google Sheets, used to manage the waitlist.

No other third party has access to the email addresses collected. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. International Data Transfers

Google LLC is based in the United States. The transfer is carried out in compliance with Art. 46 GDPR, specifically through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

Email addresses are retained until you withdraw your consent, and in any case for a maximum of 24 months from the date of sign-up.

After that period, or upon withdrawal of consent, data is permanently deleted unless retention is required by law or for the defence of legal rights.

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you may exercise the following rights at any time by writing to the data controller at the address above:

3. Erasure (Art. 17) — request deletion of your personal data;
4. Restriction (Art. 18) — restrict processing in certain circumstances;
5. Data portability (Art. 20) — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
6. Objection (Art. 21) — object to processing on legitimate grounds;
